Bodyweight Exercises Program

With bodyweight exercises you stay fit without going to a fitness center or a gym and you stay fit when you travel a lot.

Do you workout on the floor of your living room while the TV runs, instead of sitting on the couch or did you never think of it? You don’t have to leave your home to work out. Going to a gym takes time, which you can use to work out. Going to and from the gym is often the time you need to workout, unless you have a workout room in the house.

If you believe that you need equipment and machines to workout properly, you are wrong. You can very well workout using only your bodyweight and get muscles. I have been in a martial arts class for about 2 years. All men there had great msucles, even though we never used any equipment while working out.

If you learn how to do body weight exercises and get used to this workout program, you will not stop working out when you travel if for business or on vacation. On a busines travel you sit most of the time. All the meetings might be stressful, but your body hasn’t moved. So working out while you are on a business travel is important to stay fit.

In your vacation you want to relax, you go swimming and walk when you are on a sight seeing tour. You don’t think about doing any workout. But you should. You should at least do some exercises to strengthen your ab. As a result of travelling you might have gotten a little out of shape, which you should avoid as it takes weeks to get back into shape. and put on some body fat.

No matter if you are at home and have littel time to workout, if you are on a business or a vacation travel, go jogging in the morning or in the evening. Running will prepare you for a hard day. Do body weight exercises in the morning and/or in the evening.

Do push-ups, squads, jump and run on the spot. If you do some workout in the morning, before you get dressed, you will appear more alive, energized, be more alert and you will be happier as you release endorphins during your workout program.

If at home, on a business travel or on vacation, even though you want to relax in your free time, force yourself to do some workout. You will benefit with the years as you stay flexible, while couch potatoes walk with a stick or have to use a walker.
