To learn how to meditate has quite a few benefits that you will all welcome in today’s stressful life. To meditate is an incredibly wonderful experience. The state of consciousness you are in while you meditate is deeper as when you sleep. After meditation of twenty minutes you will feel as if you slept at least an hour. If you meditate for a period of several weeks, you will start to have an out of body experience.

Regular meditation will get you in harmony with yourself and the entire world. You will feel at peace and radiate a kind of higher self. Mood swings will belong to the past. Problems will quickly turn into solutions. Fear and doubt will turn into certainty of success. You will create more and more great ideas that will bring you professional success. As you are calmer you will be appreciated by family, friends and any other person whom you meet more. At some point of regular meditation your consciousness will be transformed. The benefits of meditation are endless. To learn how to meditate gives you an incredible advantage in all areas of your life.

But there are more reasons that you should consider to learn how to meditate.

Scientific studies show that changes of the electromagnetic fields induced by the sun correlate with our brain activity. Mood swings are an effect of these changes. Meditation puts an end to mood swings. When you meditate regularly you are above changing moods.

Dr. Dieter Broer, a German physicist, believes in a cosmic induced expansion of our consciousness that is already happening. He goes further saying that between end of 2012 and the first quarter of 2013 induced by activities on the sun anomalies of the electromagnetic fields will lead to a jump of our consciousness.

He calls 2012 the year of transformation of our consciousness. This will be preceded by anomalies of the electromagnetic fields induced by specific activities of the sun.
For several days till weeks or longer we will very probably be without electricity, which of course will initiate a disaster. Computers and computer systems, hospitals and the industry will break down and cease to function and think about your life without electricity for weeks if not longer.

Changes and anomalies of the electromagnetic fields are affecting all living species. Lower magnetic fields let us be easily influenced. People who have reached mental Leap of Conciousnessmaturity, that are people who are well centred, will have less difficulty to deal with major changes. These will be people who meditate regularly. When people see themselves in an irredeemable situation, they make a leap of consciousness. Broer says that this will probably happen in 2012 or mid of 2013 at the latest.

We can prepare ourselves with exercising our mind. One way to do this is hygiene of thought, which means that we shall think about what we think. We also shall be more conscious that our emotions influence our perception. Be aware that you actually don’t see, but perceive. We can learn how to meditate and practice daily meditation.

Meditating is wonderfully relaxing.

Furthermore, if you meditate regularly you need less sleep. It can be that you only need 4 to 5 hours of sleep. Just think about the gain of the time.

We shall allow things as we wish them to be. To do this, we need to be in a state of consciousness that we have to learn again. We have lost this ability because of the way we were brought up and educated by our parents and at school. As an example: Children who are not told that doing something is not possible are able to do it, while children that were told that he/she just can’t do that, is never able to do it, even when he/she is trying hard.

Just think of children who easily learn and others who study quite a bit and are still weak students. Or people who easily earn a lot of money and others work hard and stay poor. Bob Proctor says that if we want to change anything in our life, we have to change our belief system that has been wrongly programmed from early childhood on.

We have false beliefs that we can only change by repetitively implementing a new belief over a minimum time of three weeks, in certain cases longer, until the new belief is set deep in our subconscious mind. There are ways to exercise our mind and achieve significant changes. Means to do that are meditation and creative visualization.

All our abilities are controlled by our mind, especially our subconscious mind. We Become Your Own Healeractually know all, we only have to allow it. In a state of mind, in which our mind is open and not limited by wrong beliefs we are like magicians. The only limitation to be able to do something or not exists solely in our mind. We all are able for example to heal as some ghost healers do and we all are able to move things without touching them, would our mind not be limited by wrong believes but be open for any kind of suggestions even when they seem to be illogic from our today’s point of view.

 


Our senses perceive 1 Billion stimuli. During our daytime consciousness we perceive 30 to 50. Would we perceive all there is, our brain might burst. Could we switch off our thinking process, which partly happens during meditation, we could perceive things as th
ey are. Imagine that we are all in a cave from where we can’t see the outside and can’t leave and one day we suddenly get the opportunity to leave the cave and see what there is outside, which is the actual reality, which we can’t even imagine from where we are now.

It is believed that we might then perceive ourselves as part of the oneness of all, feel 2012being in a state of total peace, happiness and bliss.

2012 will be a leap of evolution that will occur through consciousness.

Prepare yourself and learn to meditate, which gives you the opportunity to already walk toward the future. While you meditate you go through a tunnel and get a glimpse of what there is outside = of what there really is.
