The moment we are “produced”, we start to get older. When we are born, we are already 9 month old (okay, sometimes less). Of course we do not want to stay at one point as there are lots of advantages with growing. We are not only getting older, but also richer on what we learn and experience.

We pay for warranty of all kinds of equipment. How much are we willing to give for our own warranty?

What we all wish, when getting passed 30 or 35, is to stay healthy, to be able to move and participate with joy in all aspects of life until a high age. So we have to maintain our BODY. As long as we are healthy, we think too little about health. It usually becomes an issue when we are getting sick. In old China doctors were regularly paid as long as the patient was healthy, so the docotors tried to do their best to keep their patients healthy.

To stay healthy is a choice of each of us. Yes, it takes some commitment. We need to

 

watch our diet, eat natural food (meaning: not processed food, and, please, think that bread is one of the most processed foods there is). We need to drink enough clear fluid which is water. And we need to move: Our body was made to move. As we sit too much, be it in front of the TV or in our cars, we need to workout and take enough time for it.

We all are responsible for our health. Let us take the challenge.
