I am happy in my New Life

 


My new life is filled with happiness and success. In my new life I am in a high frequency and can live my dream life without effort, but with joy.
My New Life
Think about how you want to be, how you want to look, in what industry you want to be successful, what kind of relationships are important to you, how you want to live, where you want to live.

Whatever you think and write, stay with the present tense. You don’t want to be happy and successful sometimes in the future, you want it now.
 

Follow these steps

# 1 Describe each area of your life into detail

In my new life I will be: self confident, being assured that I will reach my goals, successful in every area of life, loved by my friends and relatives

In my new life I will: look healthy. have a great body, nicely shaped by working out with weights, have full healthy hair, be dressed by high quality clothes, depending on the occasion sportive or elegant.

In my new life: I am successful in my industry.

In my new life: My relationship to my spouse is very happy. My children love and adore me.

In my new life I will: live in Xxx in a villa with view to the ocean/mountains/forests/city lights. I have an indoor pool. I have a maid which comes every day.

In my new life will: travel a lot, be free to make travel arrangements. I will travel to Xxx (write here all the countries and town to which you want to travel).

Continue to draw your life and explain everything into detail.
 

# 2 Make another list and write to each area, what you have to do to achieve what you’ve noted. Later on you will make a detailed plan. Call this My-New-Life-_-To-Do-List


# 3 Make a Mind Movie with images that show or represent everything that you want to draw and experience in your new life. Watch your mind movies as often as you can.
Mind Movie is the most advanced visualization tool. If you don’t have it yet, get it. It is worth a lot more as what it costs. It will help you to get what you want so much faster as withoug. Click on the read link to see the Video Series, which explains why visualization is so effective in your life change and goal setting and what stunning rand fast esults you can get with mind movies.


# 4 Go through the list of what you have to do and mark everything that you can be done quickly and easily. For example, if you want a new hair cut, get an appointment at your hair dresser. If you have decided to workout regularly, but do it at home to not lose the time going to a gym, get workout equipment or order it online. Make a plan how many times a week you will work, on which day of the week you will work on which part of your body and start today.


# 5 Make a plan to realize all you have left on your list.


Do not try to realize all at once. You can’t make that. Make everything you have to do but don’t like to do a habit. Do not try to replace all your habits at once. Choose one to three and stick to the new habits until they become habits.

In my new life I have a fantastic body If you have to lose weight, change your eating lifestyle and get used to it and do this slowly. If you eat foods that you should not eat, make a list and stop buying and eating the first 3. Replace these 3 foods with healthy foods. It will take time that you get used to different tastes. After some time you will dislike the unhealthy and fattening foods that made you become overweight. Eat a little less and stay on that for three weeks, and then eat again a little less. Give your body time to get used to get little less and give your body and yourself time to adjust to your new eating habits that you will change step by step.

Go through your list and pick some other goals. Choose one to three of them and work on them, until you have reached them. Then go back to your list and work on the next one to three goals. Like this you have a much higher chance that you will really succeed to profoundly change your life and live it they way you have planned.

You want to make more money? You have to build a net of several resources of income. Start building up the first. It doesn’t matter what it is. You must not even like it as you will look for a manager who will supervise the team.
 

What should you change first to make a quick progress

Stop negative thoughts. Don’t entertain any negative thoughts. Stop getting angry, fearful, jealous or vengeful, the moment you are conscious of these feelings and replace this feeling with something that you enjoy. If you are angry about a friend, think about what you enjoy about him. If you can’t think about anything, stop the relationship with this person. When you get on with this program, you will make a lot of new wonderful friendships.

Entertain beautiful thoughts. Think of what you enjoy. The most powerful thought you can entertain is, if you think forward to what you want. ‘In my new life I am happy and successful.’ Do whatever you can to be in the feeling of pleasant anticipation. Whatever you say to yourself, say it with joy! When you repeat a certain sentence it becomes an affirmation. Only if your affirmations are accompanied by the corresponding feeling, you will successfully manifesting.

This has to do with the Law of Vibration. The Law of Vibration is the most important and most powerful law of the universal laws.
