Before I explain the visualization techniques it is important for you to know that the direction your life goes depends on how your subconscious mind is programmed and on your conscious mindset. You can try changing your conscious mindset believing that you will be successful and try hard to succeed, but you will get poor results, If the programming of your subconscious mind differs from your consciously set goals. it will block all your intend to reach them. Changing your subconscious programming on a conscious level is not easy. This is were visualization gets it’s importance. Visualization techniques are means helping to reprogram the subconscious mind more effectively. The more powerful a visualization technique is the faster you will get results as the subconscious mind will get in harmony with your consciously set goals.
You also should know that the subconscious mind does not think, it acts. It can’t make a difference between right or wrong, truth or imagination. This is why you can reprogram it by doing as if, showing it images of objects as if they are real already, Visualizing situations as if your life is as you want it to be, will be believed by the subconscious mind and it will act upon. It will believe that you own this dream car in which you imagine to sit, even though you drive with your old vehicel and it will get you all it takes that you are able to afford it. This is why rich man are constantly getting richer. It is as if things are falling into their lap. They think one step ahead. Whatever they plan, they usually are successful.
When you are self assured and certain that what you plan will work out, will work out. If you question a positive outcome, all kinds of situations will occure that hinder a positive outcome. Do not take visualization and visualization techniques lightly, because visualizing can change your life.
The subconscious mind does not stop with your body, it reaches out far, connects you with people and things that you need to accomplish your consciously set goals.
Our conscious and more so our subconscious mind think in pictures. Your thoughts that produce pictures are responsible for your emotions With your emotions you correspond with your subconscious mind. This is why all visualization techniques using pictures that trigger emotions are so effective.
Visualization is creating an image of something you desire in your mind, hold it and repeat seeing it and most importantly put feelings into it. Seeing yourself already achieving your goal and feel happy about it, makes your subconscious mind believe that this is part of your reality. Repeatedly seeing the image of what you desire will get it into form quicker = become reality.
The 4 main Visualization Techniques
During the day you can apply all four visualization techniques.

1. The first of these 4 visualization techniques: Relax, close your eyes and focus on seeing what you want: Material things, situations, having accomplished a goal, having a wish fulfilled, a certain lifestyle. You do this in the morning right after you woke up and in the evening, after you went to bed, before you fall asleep. During drowsiness you are in the theta state of mind, a relaxed state in which you reach the subconscious mind easily. Of course you can apply this visualization technique any time during day time. The more relaxed you are the more effective it is.
2. The second of the 4 main visualization techniques is called daydreaming. During the day, if you don’t have to concentrate on a certain task, you can daydream, that is seeing what you want without closing your eyes. Some people are making drawings of things they want, which helps them to picture those things.
3. The third of the 4 main visualization techniques is the “to-do-as-if” method, which you can also call the Actor’s Method: A very effective way to visualize is do as if. You live the life as you want it and as if you already have what you want. For example you sit in your old vehicel and see yourself drive your dream car. Imagine you are sitting in that car of your dream. You hear the noise of it’s motor and smell the leather. Or: Even though you do all the household chores yourself, you see that servants are doing it. You might even give orders, speaking them out loud as if speaking to your servants. Or: Even though you live in a little apartment, you see yourself live in your dream home. You visualize yourself walking through large rooms even though you walk only a few steps.
4. The forth of the 4 main visualization techniques is Visuailzation Meditation. HH the Dalai Lama explains this visuaization technique in his teachings. You meditate and when you are deep in the state of meditation, you visualize what you desire. This is a very effective visualization techniques, because when you are in the state of meditation, you are in the theta state of mind, where you have better access to your subconscious mind. If you wish something which will also help other people, it will be even more effective.
5. A very effective visualization technique uses self-made wish videos also called mind movies. You make a video with images, slides with affirmations and add music that you have chosen. You watch this video at least twice a day or if you use a software that gives you the opportunity to control the transparency and with the transparency high that you barely see your mind movie and not be desturbed while you work, you can have it run repeadely. You can write, read, click through and you can even watch other videos, your subconscious mind will get the messages, which you have chosen with the images and the affirmations.
This visualization technique is very powerful. Even after you left your PC, you will easily continue to see the images and continue visualizing. It will make it easier for you to apply the other three visualization techniques. When you go to bed and visualize with your closed eyes, while you daydream and while you do as if, you will easily recall the images of all you want. A mind movie is a digital vision board.
Visualization Techniques # 6: A vision board is a visualization technique that you can combine with other visualization techniques. You look for images that represent your wishes, goals and desires and attach them on a large photo frame, which you fix at a wall onto which you look. Put images on the mirror in your bath room, and on the refrigerator. Browse through magazines and cut out images of your choice, you can use your own photos or make photos. You could go to a car dealer who sells the car of your dream and ask someone to make a photo with you sitting in the car.

to heal: Please, do not stop going to see your doctor and follow what he says. Use visualization technique in addition to your medical therapy. If you have cancer, visualize an animal that is eating the cancer cells and visualize how much better you feel after each time you visualize the animal snapping the next cancer cells.
Or visualize an extraterrestrial intelligence, who has the ability to heal, coming to your bed and healing you by touching the sick parts of your body. Repeat this twice a day every day until you are healed.
It will be helpful when you make a mind movie with images where you see yourself healthy and happy..
You can focus your visualization on every thing and every situation. But please note: To visualize alone will not get you what you desire, you have to get active. With thought and action combined you will accomplish your goals.
Be careful that not one goal is in conflict with another goal. Conflicts are leading to wars - It would be a war inside of you, which ends in a disaster.
You can target visualization techniques on any specific wish or goal you have.
How to do the visualization technique: Visualize with closed eyes?
To visualize is creating an image of a wish or goal in your mind and repetitively seeing it. Seeing yourself already having achieved the goal makes your subconscious mind believe that this is reality. Repeatedly seeing the image of what you desire achieved will become reality quicker.
Open a magazine or a picture book and look for a photo that represents your next goal or wish. Study it into detail, then close your eyes and try to see it in front of your closed eyes. After a while open your eyes, compare what you could remember with the image in the magazine or picture book. Continue to study the photo and then close your eyes and try to see it again. Do this several times and repeat this exercise for several days or longer.
As a next step watch your surrounding and see a certain situation happen as if you watch a video. Close your eyes, see and watch it. It is an inner movie. When the scene is the situation you desire, repeat it often until it gets into its form.
You can see this inner movie from your point of view or from a third person’s view. It is more effective if you see it from your point of view.
To visualize is getting easier if you make a vision board with images which you see and look at several times a day. With the time you will see your inner movie in your mind clearly whenever you think of it. A mind movie, which is a video consisting of images and affirmations of your choice, which you watch several times a day, is aupportive as well. You can get a software, which gives you the ability to control the transparency of your mind movie. You have the transparency low while you watch it consciously and you put it high, so that you barely see it, while you work on your PC.
The better the images that you have chosen are representing your wish or goal, the more effective the visualization will be. Visualizing is not easy. You have to fully concentrate to make clear images or movies in your mind.
Visualize as if all your wishes are fulfilled and your goals are achieved. Go shopping and buy all the beautiful clothes and shoes you wish to wear, the car you want to drive. Go on vacation to the most exciting places in the world, live in the most beautiful hotels and see yourself be accompanied with the person or the people you care about most. When you watch your mind movie and visualize in your mind again before you go to bed, it will be much easier to clearly see the images or the movie in your mind.
